Dinesh Mirchandani has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Dinesh began their career at Squar Milner as a Senior Consultant for Corporate Diligence before moving on to Ares Capital Corporation, where they served as the Director of Finance. Dinesh then worked as an Independent Consultant at The Siegfried Group, where they supported PricewaterhouseCoopers and worked on Bank of America and Countrywide projects. In 2011, they co-founded Sindulge.com and served as the CFO. After leaving Sindulge, Dinesh held positions as a stand-in CFO for Snack it Forward LLC and as the Director of Finance & Ecommerce and CFO in Training for TOOVIA. Dinesh then served as an Operating Partner at Palm Tree Advisors, mainly working with their client BandMerch, before transitioning to become the full-time CFO of BandMerch. Dinesh later joined Adrev as the Head of Finance (Consulting), and currently holds the position of CFO at Bravo Sports, a global leader in the action sports industry. Throughout their career, Dinesh has demonstrated expertise in financial management, operations, consulting, and strategic partnerships.

Dinesh Mirchandani obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara. Dinesh attended the university from 1997 to 2001.
