Cora González Mercado is currently the Head of Talent at Bravent, where she leads the team in identifying and nurturing relationships with top-tier talent. Previously, she held roles at IBM as the EMEA Talent Architect, at Telefonica as a Global HR Advisor, at FERCHAU Engineering GmbH as a Recruitment & Development Specialist, at Experis España as a Recruiter in IT, at Bosch as a HR Assistant in Continuous Improvement Process, at Novartis as a HR Administrator during a student internship, and at DESIGUAL in Recruitment & Administration during a student internship. Cora holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Political Science from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D.
