Lorena Pulido is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial empowerment, education, and instructional design. Currently serving as the Post-Accelerator Operations Manager at Braven since March 2024, Lorena previously worked as a Design Thinking Expert and Facilitator Contractor at Financial Health Network, where design principles and Agile methodology were utilized to enhance financial health programs. As a Learning Experience Designer at both New Relic and Northwestern University, Lorena developed curricula focused on financial education and empowerment for diverse audiences. Throughout a career that began in 2012, Lorena has managed and trained teams, created educational content, facilitated workshops, and contributed to training manuals, all while emphasizing human-centered design and user experience principles. Education includes studies at the University of Chicago, Duke University, and other institutions, showcasing a versatile background in both academic and practical financial coaching and design.
