Di C. holds a dual role as Adjunct Professor at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and as Senior Consultant in Talent Management at BRAVANTI since 2015. With extensive experience in leadership development and executive coaching, Di C. has dedicated over 6,000 hours to coaching senior executives across diverse industries. Additional roles include Corporate Instructor at Southern Methodist University's Business Leadership Center and Managing Principal at Korn Ferry Hay Group, highlighting a strong background in strategic leadership assessment and talent development. Di C. holds a Master's and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
