Vincent Ozier currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Braun Ambulances since January 2019, after holding the same title for the City of Lima from August 2002 to January 2019, where management of HR activities for over 400 employees was a primary focus. Previous experience includes roles as an Umpire for the Lima Umpire Association and a Sports Official, as well as operational management positions at Fenner Dunlop, Philips Display Components, Marwi USA, and Diamond E Packers, where responsibilities encompassed production and human resources. Vincent Ozier holds an MBA in Business from Eastern Illinois University and a BS in Health Care Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
