Rebecca Scott has a diverse work experience. Rebecca started their career in 2007 at Dutton Farm Stand, where they worked as a Retail Worker, "Pick Your Own" Field Manager, Bakery Assistant, and Greenhouse Consultant. Rebecca provided extensive customer service and gained knowledge about produce. In 2009, Rebecca worked as a Phoneathon Caller for the Smith College Office of Advancement. From 2010 to 2012, they mentored a young girl through the Children's Personal Care Program, addressing issues such as attention-seeking behavior. In 2011, they conducted a research project and volunteered at Sakthi Vidiyal, an NGO in India. In 2012, Rebecca worked as a Reunion Student Work Coordinator for the Smith College Alumnae Association and as an Access Van Driver for Smith College Disability Services. Rebecca'smost recent position was as a Mental Health Worker at The Brattleboro Retreat, starting in 2013. Additionally, in 2012, they interned at Pastoral Migratoria in Ecuador, where they compiled data, aided social workers, and managed activities in a classroom of young children.
