Sandra A Sherman is a Certified Medical Assistant at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital since January 2019, with additional roles as a Spinning, Bootcamp, and TRX certified instructor at ACTFit Co since August 2016. Sandra has extensive experience in fitness training, working with clients of various skill levels, and has practiced diverse workout disciplines, including Spinning, TRX, Circuit, Yoga, and Aerial Yoga. Additionally, Sandra has owned Sherman Chair Caning since January 1996 and served as a Para-professional at Dummerston School from August 2011 to August 2017, supporting 5th and 6th-grade students in reading, writing, and math. Sandra holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the Community College of Vermont, with studies completed between 2012 and 2019.
