Eric Pedro has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Cloud Solutions Analyst Junior at Brasoftware since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at CredGroup where they held multiple positions including Analyst of Infrastructure from August 2019 to September 2021, Assistant of IT from July 2017 to September 2019, and IT Intern from February 2016 to June 2017. Before that, they worked as a Conferente at Raia Drogasil S/A from September 2012 to January 2016. Eric also has experience as a Vendedor at RS Surf from May 2011 to August 2012, where they focused on increasing sales and meeting targets through tasks such as organizing merchandise, displaying showcases, providing customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring quick sales.

Eric Pedro completed their high school education at E.E. Marechal Henrique Teixeira Lott from 2009 to 2011. In 2015, they enrolled at Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho and obtained a degree in "Redes de Computadores" (Networks and Communications) with a field of study in "Tecnologia da Informação" (Information Technology) in 2017. Additionally, Eric Pedro obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft, including "Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals" in December 2022, "Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate" in September 2022, and "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" in April 2022.
