Maria Clara Guimarães Senna is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, leadership, and project management. Currently serving as Vice-president of Business at Brasil Júnior, Maria Clara has been instrumental in partnerships with the market and enhancing employer branding, particularly through the largest youth entrepreneurship event, ENEJ 24. Previously, as Executive President of FEJEMG, Maria Clara successfully managed public funding processes and organized large-scale events. Maria Clara has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Hult Prize Foundation and Campe Consultoria Jr., where contributions included driving innovation, managing projects, and enhancing operational effectiveness.
