Richard Beranek Ph.D. is a seasoned professional in the field of robotics and engineering. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Engineering Lead at Brash Inc. since April 2017, Richard specializes in providing customized product development services. Additionally, Richard holds a board member position at Velavu and previously co-founded and served as CEO of GaitTronics, an innovative rehabilitation robotics company, from April 2012 to March 2021. Richard’s academic background includes a Ph.D. in Robotics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering, both obtained from Carleton University, complemented by an International Baccalaureate in Pure and Applied Science from Champlain College Saint-Lambert.
