Prior experience includes positions at SIMON DE WINTER GROUP PTY LTD, where responsibilities encompassed design, trend research, and liaising with offshore suppliers. Melissa's career began in intimate apparel styling with Benton's Group, where leadership and sales skills were developed. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Fashion from Box Hill Institute, along with multiple qualifications in textiles and fashion from RMIT University.
