Tania Del Rizzo MBA LSSBB (C) serves as the Clinical Manager at Brant Community Healthcare System, overseeing the Critical Care Unit, CCRT, and Respiratory Therapy since January 2022. Key accomplishments include leading the implementation of CCRT model changes, co-creating a CCRT warning system within the EMR, expanding the CCU capacity, and chairing several committees focused on early warning systems and code blue protocols. Tania has a long tenure at William Osler Health System, beginning as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in November 2007 and progressing to Clinical Services Manager for NICU & Pediatrics, as well as team leader roles. Prior experience includes serving as Patient Care Manager at Lakeridge Health. Tania holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Waterloo, an MBA in Leadership Innovation from the University of Fredericton, and a diploma from The Michener Institute.
