Sina Schneider has extensive experience in asset management and real estate, currently serving as the Director of Asset Strategy & Valuation at Branicks Group AG since July 2009. Previous roles at Branicks include positions as Asset Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Senior Portfolio Manager. Prior to this, Sina worked as a Consultant at i+o Industrieplanung + Organisation GmbH & Co. KG and held various leadership positions at Buderus Immobilien GmbH, where responsibilities included sales, rental management, facility management, and technical project management. Sina's career began as a construction engineer at Fischer Projektmanagement GmbH. Educational qualifications include a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Civil Engineering from Berufsakademie Sachsen and a Diplom-Kauffrau in Business Administration from AKAD University.
