Carolanne Deal is a seasoned professional in the field of art and cultural heritage management, currently serving as Associate Registrar at Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Content Creator and Researcher at Government Information Center, and Collections Manager at The Rehoboth Art League. Carolanne has also contributed as Lead Researcher on a pioneering project researching Delaware's LGBTQ+ community, funded by the Delaware Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs. Other notable positions held include Inclusive History Researcher, Oral History Assistant, and Museum Interpreter, alongside academic support as an Instructional Assistant at the University of Delaware.
