Kristen Knowles Arceneaux, MBA, currently serves as the Director of HR Transformation & Projects at BrandSafway. With a robust background in talent acquisition and operations, Kristen has held senior roles at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., including Senior Manager of Talent Technology and Operations, Senior HR Program Manager, and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations. Previous experience includes roles at HD Supply, where Kristen was Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations and Senior Recruiting Systems Analyst, among others, and early career positions at Chick-fil-A-Corporate and Agnes Scott College.
