Wendy Gilbert, M.A., SHRM-CP, is an accomplished professional in human resources and people operations with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the People and Culture Officer at Branding Science Group since September 2021 and a Board Member at BB360 since January 2020, Wendy has held multiple significant roles in the field, including Director of People Operations at Brainium Studios and Manager of People and Culture at Inflow Communications Inc. Wendy's expertise includes facilitating high-conflict teams and providing training and consultation to diverse organizations. Wendy holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College and has obtained several professional certificates, including in Project Management and Human Resource Management.
