Katherine Rinas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katherine began their career in 2008 as a Lab Assistant in the Chemistry Department at Saint Luke's Health System. Katherine then progressed to the role of Clinical Laboratory Scientist at various healthcare organizations, including Saint Luke's, National Jewish Health, and Boulder Community Health.

In 2013, Rinas transitioned into the field of digital marketing and web development, becoming the Director of Digital Marketing and Web Development at The MBC Group. In this role, they were responsible for designing, developing, launching, and maintaining multiple websites. Katherine also managed social media accounts, proofread and edited blogs, and served as a liaison between clients, content writers, and graphic artists.

Following their time at The MBC Group, Rinas worked at Tree Ring Digital as a Client Relations specialist, where they handled various tasks such as social media management, Google Adwords, and website updates. Katherine then moved on to MemberDev in 2020, working as a Project Manager.
