Ryan Cooper has over 20 years of professional experience in customer support, solutions engineering, and web development. From 2000 to 2006, they held the positions of Digital Solutions Consultant and Assistant Manager of Technology at FedEx Kinko's. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Web Developer at Ray Publishing. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at OfficeMax as a Technical Analyst for Print & Documents, providing sales support for the commercial print sales team. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at Office Depot as a Solutions Architect for Print Services, where they supported sales teams as a strategic and technical resource for mid-market and enterprise customers. Ryan is currently employed at Brandfolder by Smartsheet as a Customer Support Solutions Engineer.

Ryan Cooper attended the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where they completed two years towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
