Jon Thomas is an experienced industry leader with a strong background in operations and business process optimization. Currently serving as President at Branded Group since November 2016, Jon has successfully streamlined business processes to enhance customer service and foster a growing entrepreneurial team. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Senior Director at FrontStreet Facility Solutions, Inc., where focus was placed on defining and optimizing internal processes to meet financial objectives. Jon also served as Director of Business Strategy at Empire Facilities Management Group, concentrating on process optimization to achieve financial targets, and began a career in property management with PS Business Parks, Inc., overseeing extensive commercial properties.
