Rosina Barbastefano has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rosina began their career as an intern at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism in Colombia in 2000. Rosina then worked as a program instructor at the Close Up Foundation and as a professor at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and Universidad Icesi.

In 2005, Rosina served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Florida International University. Rosina later joined NewLink Group as a Research Associate, where they conducted various brand and market studies.

From 2009 to 2012, Rosina was a Managing Partner at GM Bikes, overseeing shop operations and finances and implementing marketing and sales strategies.
