Nikki Donkers has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nikki currently works as Key Account Support DACH at Brand Masters BV since November 2022. Previously, from June 2018 to October 2022, they worked at Van Geloven as Sales Support OOH & Export.

Before that, Nikki worked at Würth Industrie Service GmbH & Co. KG from August 2015 to June 2018. During their time there, they completed the International Sales Specialist Program and worked as an Accountmanager. Nikki gained experience in internal and external processes and developed expertise in customizing concepts for industrial manufacturing customers.

Nikki also has volunteer experience. In 2016, they worked as a Volunteer at School's cool Nederland, and in 2012, they volunteered for the project Samenspraak at Contour tilburg, helping foreigners learn the Dutch language.

In addition, Nikki worked as a Sales Administrator at Deb Group from March 2012 to February 2014 and as a Graduate Intern for their Bachelor's thesis at WKK Nederland BV from September 2011 to January 2012.

Nikki Donkers began their education at Beatrix College from 2002 to 2007, where they earned their HAVO degree in Economie & Maatschappij. Following this, from 2007 to 2012, they pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in International Business and Languages at Avans University of Applied Sciences. In 2008/2009, Nikki also participated in the Erasmus program, studying Nordic Business Dimensions at Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences in Finland.
