Lauren Duncan Kovacs has been working since 2012. Lauren Duncan began their career as a Staff Leader at LifeWay Centrifuge Camp in 2012, and then became a Personal Assistant and Administrative Assistant at Brett K. Duncan Attorney at Law in the same year. In 2017, they became a Co-Founder of Brand Guarde.

Lauren Duncan Kovacs attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 2010 to 2014, working towards a Bachelor's degree of Family Science. Her field of study was Human Development and Family Studies, General and they had a Minor in Psychology.
