G. Javier Mancilla has worked in various roles since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Support Consultant - Consultor Soporte at Woodgroup Pressure Controls, where they wrote technical documentation for energetic companies, collaborated with a team of professionals, and wrote matrixes causes and effect. From 2013 to 2020, they worked as an English as a Foreign Language Teacher at Institución Universitaria Antonio José Camacho, where they communicated complicated concepts in an easy to understand manner, worked with people from diverse backgrounds, and taught over 1000 students. In 2019, they worked as a Full-Stack Development Student and Mentor at Microverse, where they mentored junior web developers, providing both technical and emotional support, proposed improvements to code organization, and provided career advice and tips on how to maintain motivation during the program. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Website Developer - Front-end Developer at The Social Justice + Engineering Initiative. Currently, they are a Software Development Engineer at Grupo Babel IT Services & Solutions, and will soon be a Full Stack Developer at Brand Guarde.

G. Javier Mancilla has an extensive education history. G. Javier obtained a Bachelor Degree in Technology in Electronics from UNICAMACHO - UNIAJC between 2004 and 2007. In 2009 and 2010, they completed an Msc in Electrical and Electronics Systems and Digital Technologies from the University of Wales. G. Javier then went on to pursue a Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering from Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia, which they are expected to complete in 2021. Most recently, they completed a Full-stack development program from Microverse in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Angular Essential Training, Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Essential Training, and React: Using TypeScript from LinkedIn in 2021.
