Ronnie Lepore has extensive experience in design management. From 2018 to the present, they served as a Design Manager at Thomas Cook Boot & Clothing Co. Prior to that, they worked as a Design Manager at Brand Collective Pty Ltd from 2014 onwards. In this role, they led the men's creative direction and brand strategy for Elwood, achieving consistent growth in profit and sales. Ronnie also introduced category expansion to drive sales performance and increase market share. Additionally, they were responsible for the Mossimo Youth Brand Category, achieving year-on-year growth in profit and sales by filling market gaps through category expansion and increasing direct sourcing. Before joining Brand Collective, Ronnie worked at Globe International Ltd. from 2004 to 2014 as a Senior Designer. In this role, they handled design and production, identified global market trends, managed margins, and tracked product lifecycle. Ronnie was also involved in creating assortment plans, staying updated on competitor activities, and maintaining tech packs.
Ronnie Lepore attended Box Hill Institute from 1998 to 2003, where they earned an Associate's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design.
