Rory Vaden, MBA CSP CPAE, has a long and impressive work history. In 2006, they co-founded a sales training company and was a top producer sales consultant. Rory was also the co-founder and New York Times Bestselling author of Take the Stairs. That same year, they were the 2007 World Champion of Public Speaking 1st Runner Up for Toastmasters International. In 2018, they co-founded Brand Builders Group, where they helped build and monetize personal brands. In 2021, they were the Interim Entrepreneurship Editor for SUCCESS Magazine, where they launched "The SUCCESS Room" Instagram Live series and "The SUCCESS Line" live coaching call podcast.

Rory Vaden obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business between 2000 and 2006. Rory also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Denver during the same period. In 2019, they were inducted into the Professional Speaking Hall of Fame as a CPAE (Council of Peers Award for Excellence) by the National Speakers Association. Rory also holds a Certified Speaking Professional certification from the National Speakers Association.
