Jarial Franklin is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and marketing. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Management Coordinator at BranchPattern since August 2021, Jarial contributes to the consultancy's mission of enhancing built environments. Previous roles include Marketing Coordinator at The University of Kansas, where marketing materials for transportation agencies were developed, and Graduate Research Assistant, responsible for writing and editing newsletter articles.
