Ashley Tong has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ashley started their career as a Sales Administrator at Co-op in 2010 and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Ashley worked at Ricoh UK as an Area Business Development Manager. During this time, they gained expertise in business development and client management. In 2017, Ashley joined Branch8 (YCS15) as a Business Development Manager. At Branch8, they were responsible for helping enterprise clients achieve their e-commerce software goals and managing a portfolio of stock exchange listed companies. Ashley successfully executed business development initiatives and met the company's overall goals and KPIs.

From 2007 to 2010, Ashley Tong attended the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
