Lakshmi Pillai has extensive experience in technical account management and solutions engineering, currently serving as a Strategic Technical Account Manager at Branch since August 2021, following a progression of technical roles including Senior Technical Account Manager and Senior Solutions Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Mobile Solutions Architect at Infosys, where responsibilities encompassed championing new product requirements, providing technical consulting for custom integrations, and driving automation initiatives. Lakshmi also held positions at GoldUno as a Technology Lead and Android & Web Developer, and at Elatus Services and Infosys as a Web Developer and Systems Engineer, respectively. Lakshmi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nagpur University.
