Fiona Curtis is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in internal communications and strategic messaging across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Global Functions Communications at Brambles since March 2023, Fiona held the position of Head of Internal Communication, HR & Colleague Proposition at NatWest Group from May 2021 to March 2023. Previous roles include Strategic Communications Adviser at RBS, Communications Manager at Aegon, and several leadership positions at Sky, including Head of People at their Best Programme and Head of Internal Communication. Fiona's career started at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where roles included Business Communications Manager and Executive Assistant. Fiona earned a degree in Social and Management Sciences from Edinburgh Napier University.
