Shoaib Qasim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shoaib began their career in 2015 as an Assistant Director at Mehroz Karim Films, where they worked until May 2015. Following that, they joined Orbit Marketing and Event Management as an Event Planning Manager from May to August 2015. In August 2015, they transitioned to Promax Media, where they served as an Assistant/Associate Director until February 2016.

In 2016, Shoaib joined BOL Network as an Associate, contributing their skills and expertise until March 2019. After that, they joined ZOO Digital Group plc as a Tech Subtitle Editor in March 2019 and remained with the company until October 2021.

Most recently, Shoaib joined Brainwave Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. in March 2021 as a Project Manager. Shoaib's work experience showcases their ability to adapt and excel in different roles and industries.

Shoaib Qasim obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies from Teesside University, completing their education between the years 2011 and 2014.
