Rana Mohamed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and partnerships management, currently serving as Senior Partnerships Manager and Senior Operations Manager at Braintrust since July 2022. Rana has a strong track record in automating and redesigning sales processes to enhance efficiency, significantly improving onboarding processes, and supporting team growth. Prior to Braintrust, Rana held the role of Operations Manager at Resquared, overseeing KPIs and launching benefits initiatives. As a 2019 Venture for America Fellow, Rana contributed to fundraising efforts at Amatis Controls, where roles included Director of Operations and Director of Customer Experience, demonstrating expertise in account management and system installations. Additional experience includes consultancy at Grand Innovation, a writing tutor coordinator position at Penn State Learning, and internships across various organizations. Rana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global and International Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics, and a minor in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from Penn State University.
