Alagappan Chandramohan has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Alagappan is currently employed at Nutrien as a Leader since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of BFSI at Braintoy from March 2019 onwards. From October 2016 to March 2019, they served as the Managing Director of Data Operations Strategy and Business Relations at ATB Financial. Alagappan also held the position of Portfolio Manager/ Director at ATB Financial from June 2013 to October 2016. Earlier in their career, Alagappan worked at Avnet as a Senior Manager from July 2012 to June 2013. Before that, they were a Delivery Project Executive at IBM Global Services from April 2007 to July 2012. Alagappan also has extensive experience at IBM, where they served as a Sr. Delivery Manager/ Program Manager from 2003 to 2007 and as a Delivery/ Sr. Project Manager - Data from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they held the role of IT Manager at Kuwait Catalyst Company from 2000 to 2001 and Sr. System Analyst/ IT Manager at Awal Gulf Manufacturing Co. from 1997 to 2000. Alagappan started their career as a Sr. Systems Engineer at Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited from 1995 to 1997 and worked as an Application System Analyst at Madras Fertilizers Ltd from 1994 to 1995.

Alagappan Chandramohan completed their education as follows:

- From 1990 to 1994, they attended PSG College of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Engineering.

- In 2011, they received a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.

- In 2013, they obtained the Prosci Change Management Consultant Certification from Prosci.

- In 2016, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Queen's University.

- In 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from AALSSC.

- Alagappan also holds additional certifications, such as the ITIL Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in 2010) and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (obtained in 2005). Additionally, they have an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification, although the date of its acquisition is not provided.
