Jon Briska is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at BrainSurf Informatics Inc since January 2016, Jon has previously held roles including Systems Administrator and Desktop Support Engineer. Prior experience includes a Technical Support Intern position at Schneider Downs, where responsibilities involved Windows 7 support and Active Directory management, as well as an IT Coordinator Intern role at George J. Igel & Co., Inc., providing support for both iOS and Android devices. Jon's foundational experience includes working at The Blackwell Inn in a customer service capacity.
