Amr Alaa is an experienced learning and development professional with a diverse background in education and training. Currently serving as an L&D Supervisor at The Address Holding since July 2024, Amr also works as a Freelance Learning Facilitator and Master Learning Facilitator for brainquil, where over 80 training programs have been facilitated for organizations such as Pepsi and Allianz. Previous roles include English Teacher at Utopia International School and Trainer at iSpark Egypt, where valuable soft skills training and career coaching sessions were provided. Amr has also played a significant role as a Moderator for the ISLC, delivering character building and personal development trainings. A co-founder of Basmah, a charity organization dedicated to empowering less privileged children, Amr holds degrees in Learning & Development from The Catalyst and Gamification from the University of Pennsylvania, among other educational qualifications.
