Scott Kirkpatrick currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of BrainPOP since November 2019. Prior to this role, Kirkpatrick was the President and Chief Operating Officer at General Assembly from January 2015 to October 2019, and served as President of The Princeton Review from December 2009 to December 2014. Earlier in Kirkpatrick's career, positions included Executive Vice President and President of HM Learning Technology at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company from December 2006 to December 2009, Senior Principal at The Callidon Group / Oliver Wyman from 2003 to 2006, and Principal at The Parthenon Group from 2001 to 2003. Scott Kirkpatrick holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the US Coast Guard Academy.
