Beata Krol has extensive work experience in sales and management roles in the medical industry. Beata started their career at Polimed Sp. z o.o. in 2003, where they served as the International and Country Sales Director for over a decade. In 2015, they joined Occlutech as a PLD Product Manager - Consultant until 2016. After that, they worked at IHT Polska Sp. z o.o. as the International Coronary & Neuroradiology Product Manager - Consultant until 2017. In 2015, they also became a Managing Partner at B&R Sp. z o.o. In 2017, they joined Brainomix as the Brainomix Country Sales Manager (Poland). Most recently, in 2019, Beata became a Co-owner at Cocoprint.pl.

Beata Krol pursued their education at the University of Economy in Bialystok from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Master's degree from the Faculty of Economic. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they attended the Academy of Economic and Informatic Systems in Warsaw, specializing in the Faculty of Economy of Finances and Banking, and received a Licentiate degree.
