Benjamim Canato has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Benjamim started their career as a General Adjutant at Águia Instrumentação e Ferramentas LTDA in 2005. Later, they worked as a Physics Teacher at Colégio Objetivo Limeira in 2013. In 2014, they interned at Západočeská univerzita v Plzni (ZčU).

From 2014 to 2018, Benjamim worked at OJI PAPÉIS ESPECIAIS Ltda., where they held multiple roles. Benjamim began as a Production Engineering Intern and then progressed to become an Assistant Process Manager in Utilities. Benjamim was later promoted to Supervisor and was involved in a project for water treatment. Benjamim also coordinated the replacement of the utilities control system.

In 2018, Benjamim joined Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company as a Senior Application Engineer, where they worked until 2019.

Since 2019, Benjamim has been working at Braincube. Benjamim started as a Project Consultant for AI for Industry and was responsible for project management, data analysis, and team training. Benjamim then transitioned to the role of Account Manager LATAM, where they developed and executed digital transformation strategies for industrial organizations. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Consulting & CSM LATAM, although the dates for this role are ongoing.

Benjamim Canato's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Benjamim pursued this degree from 2010 to 2014 with a focus on Industrial Engineering.

In 2017 to 2018, Benjamim attended the Universidade Federal de Viçosa to pursue further specialization in Technology of Cellulose and Paper. This program, known as "Especialização em Tecnologia de Celulose e Papel," focused on the field of Wood Science as well as the technology related to cellulose and paper.

In addition to their formal education, Benjamim also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received certification from Nalco, An Ecolab Company, for the International Water Technology Conference. In the same year, they obtained a certification from SENAI SP for Safety Procedure in Boiler Operation. In 2011, they earned the certification of "Assembler of Automotive Systems" from SENAI SP. In 2016, they completed the "Líder do Futuro Executivo" certification from Crescimentum.
