Cicy (Shengnan) Zhang serves as the Chief Heart Resources Officer at BrainCo, where responsibilities include human resources management and developing educational programs utilizing neurofeedback training and brain-machine interface technology. Previous roles encompass programming manager at the Social Enterprise Conference at Harvard, graduate student and trainer at Harvard University focusing on education policy research, and entrepreneur in residence at MIT-CHIEF. Cicy has co-founded YouthPower, an organization enhancing leadership skills among students, and has contributed to various educational initiatives and nonprofit projects. Cicy's educational background includes a Master of Education from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Beijing International Studies University, alongside other notable experiences in educational innovation and social entrepreneurship.
