Michael Brainard is currently the CEO and Founder of Brainard Strategy. Prior to that, they were with Right Managment Consultants from January 1998 to December 2003, where they were a Senior Vice President. At Right, Michael was able to grow and develop through a variety of positions, including being a member of a global team that developed all aspects of the Talent Management practice, leading a P&L in Southern California, and helping to develop and grow the OD practice organically and through acquisition.

Michael Brainard has a PhD in industrial organizational psychology from Alliant International University. Michael also has a BA in psychology from the University of Delaware.
