Shady Shaker has extensive experience in the fields of learning and development and operations management, currently serving as the Learning and Development Director at Brain Health USA since July 2020. Prior experience at Teleperformance spanned from February 2016 to July 2020, where Shady held positions as E-Learning Specialist, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Travel Advisor. Additionally, Shady worked as Technical Support at Vodafone UK from February 2013 to February 2014, and as Operations Supervisor at Mobinil Contact Services between March 2011 and February 2013.
