Sabine Emslander is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Bragi and as the People Lead at Smart Lab Architects. In addition to ongoing work with JL Ventures, Sabine has previously held senior roles, including Senior People Business Partner and People Business Partner at ProGlove, where significant contributions were made during the company’s expansion from 200 to over 300 employees. As Head of Human Resources at ndgit, a FinTech startup, and Human Resources Manager at Blockchain Consulting GmbH, strategic HR initiatives were implemented to enhance company culture and performance management. Sabine’s earlier experience includes a corporate development role at Siemens, focusing on talent management, and positions in global reward and performance at Allianz. Sabine holds a certified professional degree in Positive Psychology from INNTAL INSTITUT.
