Thomas Pluim has extensive experience in customer support and responsible gaming, currently serving as Head of Customer Support & Responsible Gaming at Bragg Gaming since August 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Head of Customer Support at Lunar from April 2020 to August 2022, and previously worked at Kindred Group plc from February 2018 to March 2020, where responsibilities included Level 3 Customer Support and Technical Support. Thomas began the career as a Customer Support Representative, demonstrating a progressive trajectory in the field of customer service.
