Adam Barber is the Chief Commercial Officer at Brafton. Adam has over fifteen years of experience in media and marketing, with a focus on strategic planning, financial management, product development and marketing.
Adam began their career at Axonn Media, where they headed up a department of 100+ writers, researchers and editorial managers across 3 offices with a 6-figure budget. Adam worked closely with the sales and account management departments to build a positive and transparent relationship and supported them on large, unusual or tricky accounts. Adam personally led the internal comms, the recruitment and the operational strategy, as they delivered the product to a growing client list, within budget.
In 2010, Adam returned to the UK and remained closely involved with Castleford Media, working on client campaigns and various internal projects remotely, as well as making regular trips to Australia, New Zealand and the US. Adam's focus was on strategic planning, financial management, product development and marketing. Adam supported the local management team and acted as the liaison for directors, shareholders, strategic partners and other stakeholders.
Adam has a proven track record in media and marketing, with a focus on delivering results within budget. Adam is a strong communicator and leader, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, shareholders and stakeholders.
Adam Barber graduated with a BA Hons in Adam'story and Politics from the University of East Anglia. Adam then went on to earn an Executive MBA from Cass Business School.
