Kendell Harris, MPA's work experience includes various roles in human resources and administrative coordination. Starting in November 2015, Kendell worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Upper Moreland Township School District. In this role, Kendell managed day-to-day office operations, responded to inquiries, and handled mail and packages. Kendell also played an important role in contract and bidding processes, including drafting RFPs and coordinating procurement opportunities. From September 2020 to August 2021, Kendell served as a Business & Human Resources Administrative Coordinator at the same school district. In August 2021, Kendell was promoted to the position of Human Resources Supervisor until March 2023. In March 2023, Kendell joined Braeburn as a Human Resources Generalist, where Kendell's work continues.
Kendell Harris, MPA holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, which was completed from 2011 to 2014. The focus of their MPA was in the field of Human Resource Management. Prior to this, Kendell obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the same institution, graduating between the years 2006 and 2010.
In addition to their formal education, Kendell Harris has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. They have completed the "Building Inclusive Work Communities" and "The Three Pillars of Effective Communication" certifications through LinkedIn in March 2023. They also obtained a "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
