Brian Jacob has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and management. Brian started their career at the Governor Morris Hotel & Conference Center in 1990 as a Human Resources Manager and Payroll Manager. There, they were responsible for various tasks such as performance reviews, employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Brian also held the role of Front Office Supervisor and Accounting Assistant, managing staff performance and handling accounts receivable and accounts payable.

In 1993, Brian Jacob moved on to work at Phoebe's Restaurant & Nightclub as a Human Resources Generalist and Office Manager. Brian'sresponsibilities included overseeing financial and HR aspects of the operation, such as accounting activities, payroll processing, and personnel compliance.

From 1997 to 2001, Brian Jacob worked at Southeastern High School as a Business/Computer Instructor. Brian then joined Brady Ware & Company in 2001 as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Throughout their career, Brian Jacob has gained extensive experience in payroll processing, employee relations, and HR management.

Brian Jacob, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/Management from Miami University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Brian later pursued a Master of Education degree in Business/Computer Education at Wright State University, attending from 1996 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Brian Jacob has obtained two certifications: the Senior Certified Professional certification (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
