Nancy Wood is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in labor relations and employee relations. Currently serving as an attorney at Bradley & Riley PC since February 2021, Nancy successfully litigates cases for various companies across multiple jurisdictions and represents employers in administrative proceedings at federal and state levels. Prior to this role, Nancy held the position of Associate Director of Labor Relations at Collins Aerospace (formerly Rockwell Collins, Inc.) from March 2015 to October 2020, where responsibilities included managing North American labor relations functions and developing a global labor relations strategy. Additionally, Nancy worked as a self-employed labor and employee relations consultant in 2012 and 2013, primarily advising ConAgra Foods, Inc. Nancy holds a Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Creighton University.
