Justin Henderson has extensive experience in sales and talent acquisition, with a focus on acquiring career opportunities for veterans. Justin has held senior positions at RecruitMilitary, Bradley-Morris, MBA Veterans, and ExecuVets. In these roles, they have managed national sales teams, developed and implemented veteran outreach programs, and consulted with companies on building effective hiring programs for veterans. Justin has consistently achieved sales success and helped companies understand the value of hiring veterans. Additionally, they have a background in economics and served in the United States Marine Corps.

Justin Henderson attended Yough Senior High School from 1991 to 1995, where they completed their high school diploma with a focus on Advanced Mathematics, Physics, and Science Programs. Following their high school education, they enrolled at the University of Pittsburgh from 1999 to 2004. At the University of Pittsburgh, Justin pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Additionally, in 2001, they attended the International Management Institute and obtained a Certificate in European Union Business, Law, and Diplomacy.
