Jim is the owner, CEO, and the B in BCI. Jim helped form BCI with the merger of his company, New Holland Supply and the Hazleton based Caldwell Supply. In 1996, Jim bought out his partner's side of the business and took over as President of BCI. Since then, Jim has run BCI based on his belief that everyone who works for and with the company deserves to be treated like family. Jim makes a point to walk through the builiding each day and visit with each department and encourages his teams to work together to make sure each of the customers is receiving the best service we can provide.
