Edgar Posso has a diverse work experience, spanning over several decades. Edgar began their career at Dynacast International in 1989, where they worked as a Quality Engineer for over a decade. In 2001, they joined Hubner Manufacturing Corporation as a Plant Manager and held the position until September 2020. In 2021, they became the Engineering Detailing Manager at SafeRack. Currently, Edgar holds the position of Head of Operations at Brackish, a role they have been serving since April 2022.

From 1986 to 1989, Edgar Posso pursued an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Mechanic from Ecuador.
