Ryan Hickok is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical training and video production. Currently serving as a Technical Training Specialist at Bracco Medical Technologies since March 2023, Ryan previously worked for Tightrope Media Systems as a Trainer and Customer Technical Support representative, focusing on Digital Signage and Broadcast Automation software. Additional experience includes managing public access programs at Suburban Community Channels and freelancing as a Producer and Director since 2006, collaborating with various clients. Ryan's early career highlights include roles at Periscope as an Assistant Project Manager, Lakeland PBS as a News Production Intern, and Bemidji State University as an Instructional Podcast Producer. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Bemidji State University.
